What is Energetic Coaching?
Energetic coaching means working on an energetic basis, i.e. the link between body and mind, as well as between you and the outside world.
With energetic coaching, memories, imprints, beliefs and traumata can be released from the body so that the outside world cannot find a suitable piece of the energy puzzle to dock onto you.
Conversely, desired qualities are cultivated and physically manifested through energy.
The result is a more conscious and compassionate being in relations, which is not only a healing and coaching but ultimately a spiritual path.
Is Energetic Coaching for me?
Energetic coaching is for you if you know that you need a change and have already worked on yourself. You are aware of patterns, but you haven’t got deep enough into the structures of your body and your history to really release them, so you keep falling back into old patterns and stories… and now you’ve had enough!
Then you’ve come to the right place!
All of this only happens in your free will.
Your will is my fuel, without your will I can do nothing. Your attention directs the energy. I am there to provide energy, to direct your attention to yourself or to the unconscious zones. At your pace, we will look at each layer and you will learn to truly feel and get to know yourself. Your answers lie within you, I just show you how to look and hold a space in which this is possible.
“Know yourself” is the practice, I am a boost for you and the signpost to get there.
Especially if you work independently or have a leading role in your work, your work is closely connected to your energy body. The changes you make within yourself will change your entire area of influence.

Inspired by my own healing process from psychosis, depression and childhood trauma, especially through working with mantras and the energy of the Buddhas, I realised that I can support others on their path. My hands move in a certain way, and through this, blockages stored in the body can be set in motion and brought into one’s own consciousness and thus released.
